Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you cancel any services 24-hours in advance to avoid fee. If cancellations occur within 24 hours, there's a 50% charge based on the original service. A no-show result in a full charge of the original service. Services starting 15-minutes after the scheduled appointment time will lead to rescheduling.
